The 3 days we stayed at Marina Shores, it rained on and off. We could not sit out as the ceiling in the balcony had a large open space (deco) which let the rain come through on the table and chairs outside. So we were only able to sit in the room and not outside to enjoy the view. Room 135 was not suitable in rainy weather.
We did not use the upstairs part of the unit. We thought there was a bedroom upstairs but both were downstairs
Location is close to the main strip of shops either walking or $10 taxi. Room setup was perfect with amazing views. Only downside was that it wasn't the cleanest..
We enjoyed our stay in this pretty accommodation. The room was spacious and tidy and we enjoyed the balcony to the garden area. The only negative was the distance to town. It's only 4 min by taxi and around 8 AUSD but it sums up if you don't want to walk every time around 20 min. All in all great value.
Friendly reception staff. The 2 bedroom apartment was perfect for our family of five.
Overall pretty close to perfect. Not a great deal of nearby dining options, but with cheap taxi into town, made up for it. Good clean rooms with relaxing views.
Had a garden view apartment. Quiet. Could sit outside in an area that looked out over the bay
very spacious and awesome water views
