Alexander Stewart - Whitsunday Tall Ship Sailing

The Alexander Stewart was hand built over 17 years by three generations of the one family and is said to be the largest cold-moulded timber hull in the southern hemisphere. A magnificent vessel styled after the famous ship in which Joshua Slocum achieved the first solo circumnavigation of the globe in 1898.

Your adventure starts as soon as you step aboard Alexander Stewart, the classic charm and rich timber fit out along with huge, open decks make this the perfect platform for island exploration.

On the safari you will have the opportunity to observe and learn about the exceptional biodiversity of life that thrives both below and above the water in the marine park national park environment.

Explore the World Heritage Listed Whitsunday Islands and discover why it is one of the most remarkable national park environments in the world. Exploration of this world famous marine wonderland is a must in any Whitsunday experience and you will be able to snorkel and swim amongst the fringing coral reefs of the Whitsunday Islands.
