Ocean Rafting
The focus of Ocean Rafting is on adventure, participation, education, and the natural environment.
The startling colour scheme conjures up an air of youthful exuberance, appealing to the adventurous and the young at heart. Ocean Rafting has two distinct marine safari tours, the Southern Lights, and the Northern Exposure.
With a cruising speed of over 30 knots the vessels can explore vast areas of the Whitsundays in one day - but the design of the vessel reduces fuel usage and impact and therefore is more environmentally friendly and 70% of the boats are under shade providing comfort from the tropical sun.
Itinerary Options
Southern Lights: Relax on Whitehaven Beach, snorkel at the pristine fringing reef at Border Island (away from the crowds), and join the naturalist for an informative guided walk to the sacred aboriginal cave at Nara Inlet.
Northern Exposure: A favourite among avid snorkellers as it visits two different snorkel destinations, the stunning beach at Hill Inlet north end of Whitehaven Beach, and a guided National Park walk to the lookout above the silica sand of Whitehaven.
