In season they use fresh garden vegetables, salad greens and herbs from their own organic vegetable garden. The delicious breakfast menu includes tropical fruit, fresh juices, biodynamic yoghurt, wholesome bread, fresh organic eggs, nutritious cereals and of course organically grown teas & coffee.
